  • PMDC or relevant license number
  • Specialization and clinic information
  • Profile picture (optional)

b. Patient Information (input by doctors)

  • Name, gender, age/date of birth
  • Contact information (if provided)
  • Medical history, visit notes, prescriptions, test results

c. Device and Usage Information

  • Device type and OS
  • App usage behavior
  • IP address
  • Crash reports and diagnostics

d. Location Data

  • Collected only when location-based features (e.g., clinic mapping) are used and permission is granted
