These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Masihai healthcare platform operated by Syphernity Studios (“Masihai”, “Consults”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Masihai platform includes:

  • Consults – the clinic management application for doctors
  • Masihai Patient App
  • Masihai web services
  • Telemedicine services
  • Associated digital healthcare tools

By accessing or using the Masihai platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1 Description of Service

Masihai provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) healthcare platform that enables healthcare providers and patients to manage healthcare interactions digitally.

Features may include:

  • Digital consultation records
  • Electronic prescriptions
  • Patient health records
  • Appointment management
  • Telemedicine communication
  • Voice-based medical documentation
  • Medical document sharing
Masihai provides technology infrastructure only and does not provide medical services.

2 Eligibility

To use the platform:

  • Doctors must be licensed healthcare professionals in their jurisdiction.
  • Patients must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a guardian.

Users must provide accurate information when registering accounts.

3 User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activity performed under their account
  • Ensuring their account information remains accurate
Masihai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers using the Consults platform agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Treatment decisions
  • Prescription accuracy
  • Patient data management
  • Compliance with medical laws and regulations
Masihai does not review or validate medical decisions made by healthcare providers.

5 Patient Responsibilities

Patients using the Masihai platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information
  • Use the platform responsibly
  • Follow instructions provided by their healthcare provider

Patients understand that Masihai is not a medical provider.

6 Telemedicine Services

Masihai may provide technology enabling:

  • Video consultations
  • Audio consultations
  • Chat-based consultations
  • Remote communication between doctors and patients

Masihai only facilitates communication. All medical advice is provided solely by healthcare professionals. Masihai is not responsible for the content or outcome of consultations.

7 Medical Disclaimer

Masihai does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Medical diagnosis
  • Medical treatment

All healthcare decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals. Users should not rely on the platform for emergency medical situations. In case of medical emergency, users should contact local emergency services immediately.

8 Patient Data and Medical Records

Patient medical records stored in the system may include:

  • Medical history
  • Prescriptions
  • Laboratory reports
  • Diagnoses
  • Consultation notes
  • Allergy profiles
  • Chronic conditions
  • Treatment plans

Healthcare providers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of medical records. Masihai acts as a secure storage and technology provider.

9 Data Ownership

  • Patient health data belongs to the patient and healthcare provider responsible for that data.
  • Masihai does not claim ownership of medical records.

Masihai may use aggregated and anonymized data to:

  • Improve platform functionality
  • Conduct analytics
  • Enhance service quality
Such data will never identify individual patients.

10 Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use the platform to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload false medical records
  • Harass other users
  • Distribute harmful software
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the system
Masihai reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

11 Voice and Automated Documentation

Masihai may offer features including:

  • Speech-to-text medical notes
  • Voice-generated prescriptions
  • Automated clinical documentation

These tools are intended to assist healthcare providers. Healthcare providers must review all generated documentation before finalizing medical records or prescriptions.

Masihai is not responsible for transcription errors.

12 Platform Availability

Masihai aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Network failures
  • External service disruptions
Masihai shall not be liable for losses caused by temporary outages.

13 Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and content associated with Masihai are owned by Syphernity Studios or its licensors. Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Modify
  • Redistribute

any part of the platform without permission.

14 Subscription and Payment (If Applicable)

Some features of the platform may require:

  • Paid subscriptions
  • Licensing fees
  • Service charges

Fees will be communicated to users before purchase. Payments once processed may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masihai shall not be liable for:
